The Reckoning Trade Project connects passionate facilitators with groups who are interested in learning more about supporting, engaging, and respecting
women, LGBTQ+, and non-traditional workers across the trades.
Training sessions can be crafted for various audiences, such as HR professionals and employers, union representatives, experienced tradesworkers, apprentices, and more.
